Prior to this role, Art Resnikoff founded and led AR & Associates from 2003 to February 2022, focusing on leadership and pre-hire assessment. Art Resnikoff's earlier experience includes serving as a principal consultant at HCG Hagberg Consulting Group from 1995 to 2003 and as a psychologist in private practice at University Psychological Associates from 1980 to 1995, specializing in sports psychology and clinical practice.
