Currently serving as the VP of Human Resources and Risk for Carpenter Contractors of America, Inc. and R & D Thiel, Inc. since January 2022, Carol has also held the position of Director of Human Resources at Peace River Center for Personal Development, Inc. from January 2015 to May 2023. Previous roles include HR positions at O'Reilly Auto Parts, Corporate Human Resources Manager at Atlantic Blue Group, Inc., and Human Resources Manager at both Auburndale Oaks Healthcare and Wilson World Hotel Maingate.
