Michael served as the Chief Executive Officer at Carpenter & Paterson Inc., Bergen Pipe Supports, Novia HVAC, and Process Pipe Canada, where they were responsible for significant business development and market share gains. Michael also achieved consistent profitability and implemented a robust supply chain through strategic partnerships. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President & General Manager at Rolled Metal Products, where they improved operating efficiency and increased margins. Michael also held leadership positions at Quixote Corporation, where they drove sales growth and led strategic acquisitions, and ArcelorMittal, where they reorganized business strategies and achieved sales growth. After a gap of several years, they pursued their higher education at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 1990 to 1992. Here, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree specializing in Marketing & Finance.
