Gary Dispensa is an experienced engineer and educator with a strong background in manufacturing and research and development. Since July 2006, Dispensa has served as Engineer V in R&D Process Technology at Carpenter Technology Corp., focusing on developing process measurement and control technology solutions to enhance continuous improvement initiatives. Additionally, Dispensa has been an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Penn State University since August 2022, teaching mechanical testing of materials. Prior experience includes a role as Project Engineer R&D at Dana Corporation from August 2001 to July 2006, where Dispensa contributed significantly to the development of magnetic pulse welding for automotive applications.
