John Skelton

John Skelton is a finance professional with extensive experience in controllership and financial management across various industries. Currently serving as Controller for both the Dynamet and Powder Products lines at Carpenter Technology Corporation since 2016, John oversees comprehensive accounting functions for operations totaling $290M and $100M in revenue, respectively. Prior to this role, John held the position of Senior Finance Manager at GE Power Conversion, managing financial oversight for $275M in annual revenue, and served as Site Controller at Alstom Grid, where responsibilities included budget analysis and business planning for $140M in revenue. Earlier in the career, John was the Director of Finance and Supply Chain Finance Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific. John earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s degree in Information Management Systems from Robert Morris University.
