Matthew Vergare

Matthew Vergare is an experienced finance executive with a robust background in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the VP & CFO of the Specialty Alloys Division at Carpenter Technology Corporation, Vergare oversees financial operations for a leading manufacturer of high-performance alloys. Previous positions include CFO for Honeywell's Integrated Supply Chain, where leadership was provided for a $3 billion global supply chain, and CFO for the Stationary Refrigerants sector, which earned the Business Line of the Year award. At TE Connectivity, Vergare held several key positions, including Director of FP&A for the Transportation Solutions segment and Director of FP&A for the Automotive business unit. Earlier experience includes serving as an Associate at Cambridge International Partners, focusing on mergers and acquisitions.
