Sejin Im

Sejin Im currently serves as the Global Business Director at Carpenter Technology Corporation, a position held since October 2024. Prior to this, Sejin held key roles at Materion Corporation, including Global Market Director for Automotive and global segment leadership in DuPont's Interconnect Solutions. Sejin has a robust background in managing cross-functional teams and driving business initiatives, with experience in R&D and corporate strategy. Earlier in Sejin's career, significant contributions were made at Cummins Inc. as a Global Product Manager and Technical Specialist within R&D, alongside military service as a Sergeant in the Republic of Korea Army. Sejin holds an MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
