Engineering And Plant Floor Systems Operations Lead at Carpenter Technology

Todd Becker has a diverse work experience. Todd started their career as a Mechanical Designer at Dor-Mae Industries in 2015 and later worked as a Senior Mechanical Designer at Reading Truck Body. During their time at Reading Truck Body, they also served as the SolidWorks Enterprise PDM Administrator. In 2017, Todd joined Fleetwood Fixtures as a Senior Project Manager. Todd then became the General Manager and later the VP of Engineering at Artisan Custom Doorworks starting from 2018. In 2022, Todd joined Carpenter Technology Corporation as the Engineering and Plant Floor Systems Operations Lead.

Outside of their engineering roles, Todd has a passion for softball. Todd served as the Chairman of USA Men's Fast Pitch Softball in PA and worked as a USA Softball Umpire. Todd also umpired for NCAA Softball games across various leagues and was a PIAA Umpire. Additionally, they coached as an Assistant Varsity Softball Coach at Governor Mifflin High School. Apart from their work and softball involvement, Todd was the Director of the Men's Ice Hockey Draft League (MDL) and managed games at the BodyZone Complex. This experience showcases Todd's versatility and leadership skills in different professional and recreational roles.

Todd Becker attended Pennsylvania State University-Penn State Berks, where they studied Mechanical Engineering. Todd later obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Drafting from Pittsburgh Technical College from 1989 to 1991. Prior to college, Todd attended Muhlenberg High School. In 2012, they received the CSWP - Certified SolidWorks Professional certification.
