Victor Villanueva

Victor Villanueva is an Associate Metallurgist at Carpenter Technology Corporation, starting in June 2023, where responsibilities include learning and applying metallurgical concepts through research-driven projects. Prior to this role, Victor was an Undergraduate Researcher at Texas A&M University from June 2022 to August 2022, participating in the Online Research Experience for Undergraduates, which focused on the visual analysis of steel fracture surfaces. Additionally, Victor served as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Virginia from July 2021 to May 2022, contributing to research on the magnetic properties and crystal structures of Iron-Palladium, and gained expertise in material simulations. Victor holds a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Virginia, earned in May 2023.
