Xavier Plageoles has extensive experience in logistics and shipping, currently serving as the Warehouse & Shipping Coordinator at Carpenters Workshop Gallery since September 2021. Previously, Xavier held the role of Outbound Shipping Coordinator at Sotheby's from June 2017 to September 2021, where responsibilities included coordinating export shipping across multiple regions, arranging transfers between global offices, and handling export licenses. Xavier's career also includes roles as a Transport Operator and Administrative Agent at Transports Mestre/Groupe Transports Maurel, focusing on planning, delivery tracking, and documentation management. With a Master's degree in International Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Sup de Log Toulouse and a University Degree in Packaging and Packing from IUT Paul Sabatier, Xavier possesses a solid educational background complementing practical expertise in the logistics sector.

Carpenters Workshop Gallery produces and exhibits functional sculptures by international rising and established artists and designers, often venturing outside their traditional territories of expression. Actively involved in the research and production of the limited edition works exhibited the gallery’s choices are guided by the demand for the emotional, artistic and historical relevance of any new project; a relevance that is clearly evident. The gallery relies on the partnership of friends, Julien Lombrail and Loic Le Gaillard.
