Paul Armstrong

Paul Armstrong has extensive experience in the flooring industry. Paul began their career as a Territory Manager for Haines in 1985, where they excelled in sales and marketing of ceramic, laminate, and hardwood flooring products. In 2000, they joined SPI Floors as the Vice President of Marketing for the Wood Flooring Division, contributing to the company's significant growth and expansion. Paul then moved on to Mohawk Industries in 2008, where they held various roles, including National Director of Hardwood Flooring Product Development, National Wood Manager in Sales Operations and Business Development, and NE Regional Hardwood Flooring Specialist. During their time at Mohawk, they developed and implemented comprehensive sales and marketing programs, pricing initiatives, and training manuals for both the sales team and dealers. In 2018, they joined Boa-Franc as a District Sales Manager, representing Mirage Hardwood Floors. In this role, they focused on business development and sales of Mirage's quality hardwood products across various flooring market segments. Most recently, Paul became the Director of Business Development at Carpet & Wood Floor Liquidators in 2023.

Paul Armstrong attended Salisbury University from 1977 to 1981, where they graduated with a Bachelor of Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General.
