Jeremy Simpson

Jeremy Simpson is the current Chief Financial Officer at Carpetright. Jeremy has held this position since February of 2019. Prior to their current role, Jeremy was with Lakehouse from June of 2020 to March of 2015 where they served as CFO.

Some key highlights during Jeremy's time as CFO at Lakehouse include leading the group through its entire IPO process and preparing "glossy" interim and annual financial statements from a blank sheet. Jeremy was also responsible for the negotiation and integration of six acquisitions.

Jeremy has significant investor relations experience and has presented both pre- and post-IPO. Jeremy is a strategic thinker with the ability to see the big picture while also paying attention to the details. Their experience in cash management, budgeting, and forecasting makes him an excellent choice for Chief Financial Officer.

Jeremy Simpson has a BA (Hons) in Psychology from Reading University and has also completed the Deloittes CFO Programme.

Their manager is Wilf Walsh, Chief Executive Officer.
