Alison Wertzler

Alison Wertzler serves as Vice President of Design and Construction and oversees The Wilson & The Elm development project in Bethesda, Maryland. Prior to joining Carr Properties, she served as Vice President at Clark Construction where she spent over 20 years contributing to significant development projects in the Washington, D.C. Metro area, including 600 Massachusetts Avenue NW, 901 New York Avenue NW, the International Monetary Fund Headquarters II, Lot 31 in Bethesda, Maryland, and the Dulles Silver Line Phase Two project. Alison received her degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia.
