Jason Bockenek

Jason Bockenek, Vice President of Development, brings more than 15 years of experience to Carr Properties. Jason oversees underwriting, zoning and legal matters and manages project delivery and leasing efforts. Since joining the company in 2011, Jason has participated in the development of urban, mixed-use projects totaling approximately 3.8 million square feet. Prior to joining the Company, Jason managed the development of office and hospital projects located in Washington, D.C. and San Francisco. Jason earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia and his Master in Business Administration from Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina.
