Kaitlyn Rausse

Kaitlyn Rausse serves as Carr Properties’ Senior Vice President of Leasing. Kaitlyn is responsible for generating and executing commercial leasing transactions throughout our portfolio. She utilizes her comprehensive market knowledge and expertise to structure lease transactions that implement the asset strategy and ensures the highest possible portfolio performance. Kaitlyn has over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate and prior to joining Carr Properties, she was an Associate on the in-house leasing team at JBG Smith. Kaitlyn is on the Board of Directors for the Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Association (CREBA), and is an active member of Northern Virginia Commercial Real Estate Development Association (NAIOP), and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW). Kaitlyn graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, and earned her Master of Science in Real Estate Development and Infrastructure from the Carey Business School at Johns Hopkins University.
