CARRARA Advisory builds and rebuilds beauty businesses.

We partner with founders, CEOs and investors to solve commercial and operational problems that block growth. We come in when results must be delivered, not debated.

When fashion or hard luxury expand into beauty or wellness, we step in where agencies and advisors have already failed to execute. We bring the discipline beauty requires, clarity on the commercial model, rigor in operations, and a concrete route to market.

Since 2018, CARRARA Advisory has combined sector expertise, deep operational insight, and a long-term strategic horizon to transform businesses worldwide. We work across strategy, financing, M&A, licensing, distribution, manufacturing, and restructuring - always with measurable commercial outcomes at the center.

The firm is led by Vincenzo Carrara, a senior operator recognized for revitalizing distressed businesses, stabilizing complex portfolios, and scaling brands through disciplined execution. His career spans 25 years of finance, R&D, marketing and sales, with hands-on transformations in beauty, wellness and hard luxury. He is the author of several books including “M&A Plan for Success”, "Eugevity" and “The Beauty Industry Anomaly.”

Trusted for integrity and relentless work ethic, CARRARA approaches every mandate with operational excellence, full accountability, and a commitment to results.
