Hichem B. is an experienced actuarial professional with a strong background in insurance and risk management. Currently serving as the Head of Actuarial Function at Carrefour Banque & Assurance since 2020, Hichem leads a team responsible for actuarial studies and Solvency 2 calculations. Prior to this role, Hichem worked as a Consulting Actuary for an independent consultancy and gained experience in pricing and product design at Natixis, managing teams to create non-life and health insurance products. Additional experience includes technical management at GMF Assurances, actuarial consulting at Optimind, risk analysis at AXA, and research engineering at ERAMET. Hichem holds an Executive MBA from IESE Business School and multiple degrees in actuarial science, physics, and law from prestigious institutions.
