Cristina Dequecker

Cristina Dequecker serves as the Director of Marketing and Customer Experience at FIMASER since October 2017, also holding a position on the management board at Carrefour Finance. Prior experience includes a role as CCO-CMO in e-commerce as a transition manager, and a tenure at Cofidis Belgique from 2004 to 2017, where Cristina progressed from Marketing Customer Manager to Director of Marketing and Communication, leading strategic marketing initiatives across various channels. Early career experience includes developing market strategies for the German market at Redcats. Cristina holds a Master's in Communication from Université catholique de Louvain and a Bachelor's in Marketing from Haute Ecole provinciale du Hainaut Occidental, along with a certification from Febelfin Academy in Insurance Distribution.
