Gianmaria Polti

Gianmaria Polti has extensive work experience in the retail industry, primarily with Carrefour Italia. GIANMARIA began their career in 1985 as a Senior Store Manager at Foodservice System Italia Spa. GIANMARIA then worked for Sico Spa as a Junior Buyer Grocery from 1989 to 1995. Polti joined GS spa in 1995 and held the position of Category Manager Freschi confezionati & Surgelati until 2004. GIANMARIA then moved to Carrefour and served as Responsabile Acquisti Surgelati & freschi from 2004 to 2006. Polti continued their career at Carrefour Italia as Responsabile Acquisti Profumeria e Detergenza casa from 2009 to 2010, and later became Responsabile Categoria Profumeria from 2010 to 2014. GIANMARIA then took on the role of Responsabile Categoria Beverage from 2014 to 2017. From 2018 to 2019, Polti was Responsabile Acquisti Beverage Home Personal care at Carrefour Italia. GIANMARIA then became Responsabile Beverage from 2019 to 2023. Currently, Polti holds the position of Head of the Purchasing Center AI3, International Projects and Master Franchisees at Carrefour Italia.

Gianmaria Polti obtained a Laurea degree in Scienza agrarie from Università degli Studi di Milano during the period from 1980 to 1984.
