Romina Cavallucci has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Romina started their career as an intern at the Italian Ministry for Foreign Affairs in 2002. Romina then worked as a Sales Assistant at ATS Engineering and as an E-banking Services Sales Account at Banca Nazionale del Lavoro in 2003. In 2004, they joined Linea S.p.A., where they initially served as a Sales Area Account for B2B customers before becoming the Sales Specialist Training Office Manager, responsible for planning and delivering sales training programs. From 2008 to 2017, Romina worked at Mercuri International Italia as a Senior Sales Consultant, Trainer & Coach, focusing on sales strategies and development. Romina then joined Nestlé Health Science in 2017, where they held various roles including Global Sales Training Manager and Global Capabilities Development Lead. Currently, they are employed as the Head of Learning and Talent Development at Carrefour Italia, where they design and implements learning strategies with a focus on omnichannel, digital, sales, and leadership. Romina has a strong background in training and development, change management, and sales, with a specific emphasis on omnichannel and digital solutions.
Romina Cavallucci began their education journey in 1995 at the Università degli Studi di Trieste, where they studied Diplomacy and International Affairs with a focus on International Political Sciences. Romina completed their studies at this institution in 2001.
In 2002, Romina pursued a master's degree in International Cooperation on Economic and Legal Affairs at the Università degli Studi di Teramo, which they completed in the same year.
In 2013, Romina obtained a Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner certification from ASPIC Counseling & Cultura sede di Pescara.
From 2013 to 2014, they engaged in the ICF ACTP Master in Corporate & Business Coaching program at U2Coach in Rome.
In 2015, Romina acquired an IWAM Certification from U2Coach in Rome.
In 2016, Romina participated in the Appreciative Inquiry Foundation Course provided by the Lincoln Workshop Series & Appreciative Inquiry France at Cambiana, Munich. Romina also completed an Appreciative Inquiry Advanced Course focused on Appreciative Inquiry on Human Interactions (Aihi) at the Lincoln Workshop Series & NTL Institute.
In 2019, Romina pursued further education in leadership and team dynamics at Six Seconds, obtaining a Leadership & Team Vital Signs degree. Additionally, they attained an EQ Practitioner certification from the same institution.
Furthermore, Romina holds additional certifications, including Hogan Assessments Certification from Hogan Assessments in 2023, Associate Certified Coach from ICF in 2020, and an Accredited Certified Coach from ICF Italia.
