Elfi Jooris

Elfi Jooris is an experienced retail professional with a demonstrated history of leadership in various roles across prominent companies. Currently serving as Regional Director for both Market and Franchise at Carrefour since December 2014, Elfi specializes in strategy implementation, franchise expansion, operational oversight, and optimizing logistical costs. Prior experience includes serving as Zone Director at Smatch from October 2011 to November 2014, where Elfi developed and executed a new discount concept strategy, and as Regional Manager at Zeeman textielSupers overseeing 23 stores and 120 employees from 2009 to 2011. Elfi began a career in retail management as a branch manager at HEMA from 2001 to 2009. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a marketing focus from Economische hogeschool in Heilig Hart Heverlee and participation in an Erasmus project in France. Elfi has also pursued further training through various courses from 2002 to 2018.
