Quentin BARDET

Quentin Bardet is currently the Director of HR Transformation and Head of the Digital HR Factory at Carrefour, where they oversee HR transformation projects across six European countries. Since 2012, they have worked at VISEO, serving as General Secretary of the Executive Committee and leading strategic initiatives for the company. Previously, Quentin held various roles at VISEO and its predecessor Novedia, including Vice President for business development and Deputy General Director, where they played a significant role in digital transformation efforts. Additionally, Quentin has experience in government advisory positions and began their career in audit with KPMG. They hold multiple degrees, including a Master in Public Affairs from Sciences Po Paris and an MBA from ESSEC.
