Kirstin Pedretti

Kirstin holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration and a Master’s of Professional Studies in Healthcare Leadership with an emphasis in Strategic Management of Healthcare Organizations. She was the Administrator-in-Training at a Continuum of Care Retirement Community consisting of a Skilled Nursing Facility, Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Adult Day Care. Upon completion, she became a licensed Nursing Home Administrator. Her passion and responsibilities include project innovation and strategic management to enrich the quality of lives and care for seniors.

Kirstin is a key member in assessment, design, and implementation of projects and innovation throughout Carriage-managed facilities. She has been a member of the American College of Health Care Administrators since 2008.
