James Kozar currently serves as District Manager at Decorating Den Interiors since April 2015, overseeing franchise management and sales in East Tennessee. Previous experience includes roles as Controller at MPP Rockwood and NetShape Technologies, and Vice President and General Manager at IMCO Maremont, where responsibilities encompassed managing a $45 million sales business with over 350 employees. James also held the position of Chief Financial Officer, leading an accounting team and establishing a banking relationship with Wells Fargo. Additional roles include Vice President of Finance at Luvata Heat Transfer Solutions, where James significantly improved EBIT, and Director of Order Fulfillment at both Allied Air Enterprises and Lennox Hearth Products. James began a career as Accounting Director at Lennox Industries and Financial Analyst at Harris Communications. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Accounting and Computer Science from Robert Morris University.
