Kristi Gaskill

Kristi Gaskill serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Carrier Access IT since June 2021, with prior experience as the Director of Operations. Kristi held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Carrier Access, Inc. from July 2020 to June 2021 and has extensive experience in human resources, including roles as Human Resources Director at Pella Windows and Doors of Central Iowa and Human Resources Officer at McClure Engineering Company. Kristi has also worked as an HR Regional Business Partner at Kum & Go and as an HR Executive Team Leader at Target. Educational qualifications include a degree from Ashford University (2009-2011) and a degree from Missouri State University (2001-2005).
