Shaun Williams is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in network engineering and managed services. Currently serving as the Managed Services Operations Lead at Carrier Access IT since May 2022, Shaun previously held significant roles at Hy-Vee, Inc. as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer and Network Engineer from September 2018 to May 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Network Engineer at OneNeck IT Solutions from November 2006 to September 2018 and as a PC/Network Engineer at IFMC from July 2001 to November 2006. Shaun holds an Associate’s Degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Indian Hills Community College, completed between 1998 and 2001, and graduated from Norwalk High School in 1997.
