Doug Shaffer

Doug Shaffer is an experienced Territory Manager with a strong background in the HVAC industry. Currently serving at Carrier Great Lakes Company since June 2020, Doug has previously held similar roles at Robertson Heating Supply Co and Behler-Young Company, focusing on both West and Southwest Michigan territories. Doug's tenure at Williams Distributing included managing the Daikin Unitary Products territory as part of the USA's first awarded Independent Distributor for Daikin. Furthermore, Doug has demonstrated exceptional customer service skills, recognized by the Brig-Young Award in 2001 during time at Behler-Young Company. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science in Business/Marketing from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Arts in Commercial and Advertising Art from Ferris State University.
