Frederick Mertz is an accomplished corporate leader with extensive experience in business development and management. Currently serving as the Director of Corporate Development at CPEG Carrier Process Equipment Group since January 2024, Frederick focuses on both inorganic and organic growth strategies. Prior to this role, Frederick held significant positions at S Howes LLC as President and at S. Howes, Inc. as Vice President & General Manager. Additional experience includes working at Booz Allen Hamilton as an Associate and at Colton & Company as a Research Associate. Frederick's educational background includes an MBA in International Business & Finance from American University and a B.S. in Marine Transportation & Business Administration from the State University of New York Maritime College.
