Daryl Adams is a seasoned professional with over three decades of experience in the manufacturing sector, prominently with Carrier Vibrating Equipment since June 1993. Daryl has held multiple roles, including Plant Manager, Quality Control Inspector, and Facilities Maintenance Manager, overseeing maintenance employees and projects while contributing to CNC machine installations. As Production Manager, Daryl managed scheduling and planning for a two-shift operation in the Louisville plant, including overtime coordination and maintenance planning. Daryl's career began as a Fitter/Welder and progressed to Shop Floor Supervisor/Leadman at Carrier Vibrating Equipment from February 1989 to 1993.
