Advait Damle is a seasoned engineering manager with extensive experience in the HVAC industry and manufacturing technology. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager for Carrier HVAC since October 2021, Advait focuses on new product development, team development, and budget management. Prior roles include Manager of Global Manufacturing Technology and Manager of Global Manufacturing at Baltimore Aircoil Company, where responsibilities encompassed manufacturing strategy, innovation, and support for new product development. Earlier experience includes a position at General Motors as a Dimensional Data Engineer, specializing in data management and root cause analysis. Advait holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Louisiana Tech University.
