Greg Oldiges

Greg Oldiges is a Test Engineer at Carrier HVAC since May 2023, bringing a strong background in mechanical engineering and practical experience from various internships and research roles. At Purdue University, Greg served as an Undergraduate Researcher, focusing on metal additive manufacturing processes for 316L stainless steel and utilizing ImageJ software for microstructure analysis. Previous internships include Plant Engineer Intern at Eastman, where Greg redesigned equipment and led safety reviews, and Mechanical Engineering Intern at SMC, where extensive data analysis and product design collaboration took place. Additional experience includes roles in labor and carpentry, co-owning a lawn care business, and customer service in the food industry. Greg holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Manufacturing from Purdue University.
