Manish possesses extensive experience in product management and development within the HVAC and automotive industries. Currently employed at Carrier HVAC since June 2020, Manish has progressed from overseeing engineering for residential and light commercial HVAC products to managing product development for residential HVAC solutions. Prior to Carrier, Manish contributed to product development for intake and exhaust systems at Faurecia, working with major OEMs, and conducted research on diesel engine performance at Cummins Inc. Furthermore, Manish has a solid background in vehicle product development at Mahindra Group, including responsibilities related to durability, noise, and vibration testing. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, an MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology.
