Debby Backx is an experienced professional with a diverse background in various roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Functioneel applicatiebeheerder at Carrière since November 2022, previous positions include Intercedent and Recruiter. Debby has also worked as an Inhouse Recruiter at Olympia for Rhenus Contract Logistics and as a Customer Service Specialist at Teleperformance. Volunteer experience at RIBW Brabant involved co-creating initiatives in a community center as a societal supporter and personal guide. Prior to these roles, Debby had an extensive career as a hairstylist, including significant positions at Kokky's kappers and Avantgarde kappers, beginning the journey in the field after completing an Mbo-4 degree in Allround hairstylist from Kempenpoort Eindhoven in 2000.
