Ashley McMillan

Ashley McMillan has extensive experience in the legal field, currently serving as a Partner and Of Counsel at Carrington Coleman since January 2020. Prior to this role, Ashley was the Attorney and Owner of The McMillan Firm, P.C. from August 2011 to January 2020, focusing on estate planning, estate and probate administration, tax planning, business formation, and business transactions. Ashley's earlier experience includes working as an Associate at The Blend Law Firm, where responsibilities encompassed real estate litigation, foreclosures, and bankruptcy, in addition to a summer associate role at the Law Offices of Andrea Winters handling estate planning and corporate transactions. Ashley also developed practical legal skills as a student at the Texas Tech School of Law Civil Clinic, dealing with various legal issues, and as a summer associate involved in medical malpractice and product liability litigation. Ashley holds a JD from Texas Tech University School of Law and a BA in Psychology and Political Science from Wake Forest University.
