In addition to this role, Monica holds the positions of Partner, Chair of the Business Litigation Practice, and Member of the Executive Committee at the firm. Prior to this, Monica worked as a Briefing Attorney for the Supreme Court of Texas from 1993 to 1994. Monica earned a Juris Doctor degree with honors from The University of Texas School of Law between 1990 and 1993 and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Philosophy from Trinity University from 1986 to 1990.
