Ash Carter

Ash Carter is an experienced higher education administrator currently serving as Vice Provost of Instruction and Student Affairs at Carrington College since May 2025. Previously, Ash held various leadership roles at San Joaquin Valley College from September 2009 to May 2025, including Vice Provost, Corporate Director of Instruction, and Interim Campus President.
