Elmo Frazer has a diverse range of work experience in the education industry. Elmo started their career as the Associate Director of Admissions at American InterContinental University in 2006 and later became the Director of Admissions. Elmo then moved to Brooks Institute in 2008, where they served as the Director of Admissions before transitioning to the same role at the California School of Culinary Arts. In 2009, Frazer joined Brooks Institute again, this time as the Vice President of Admissions. Elmo continued to progress in their career and joined Heald College in 2010 as the Vice President of Campus Operations, overseeing various aspects of campus management. Elmo was later promoted to President in 2011. In 2015, Frazer joined SAE Expression College and SAE Institute - San Francisco as the Campus Director. Elmo held this position until 2018 when they joined San Joaquin Valley College as the Regional Vice President of Operations. Most recently, in 2021, Frazer became the Regional Vice President of Operations at Carrington College. Throughout their career, Frazer has received recognition for their excellence, including the CEO Award of Excellence by Heald College.
Elmo Frazer pursued a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from Northeastern University. Elmo attended this university from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they attended the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill, where they studied Law and Political Science.
