Brian Slayton is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Plant Manager for Carris Reels, Inc. since July 2023, where oversight includes all operations at the Enfield, CT facility. Prior roles include General Manager at Aluminum Precision Products, Operations Manager at Dymax Corporation, and General Manager at Western Forge-Ideal Industries, among other positions. Brian Slayton has demonstrated expertise in managing comprehensive manufacturing operations, including finance, HR, and sales, across multiple industries. Educational credentials include coursework in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, a Business Management degree from Northeastern University, and an HVAC certificate from the Peterson School of Steam Engineering.
