Teresa Anne Sweeney

Teresa Anne Sweeney currently serves as COO and Managing Director for Blackstone Data Science, overseeing strategy and operations while guiding advanced analytics and AI initiatives. In addition, Teresa is a Board Member at Carrix, Inc. and has held significant leadership roles at GLG, where Teresa drove a successful turnaround in private equity, and Platform Specialty Products Corporation, leading a $2 billion integration. As the first female Vice President at both Charlesbank Capital Partners and New Mountain Capital, Teresa excelled in private equity and due diligence processes. Earlier experience includes roles at McKinsey & Company, Lehman Brothers, and Goldman Sachs. Teresa holds a combined BSBA/MS in Finance, Economics, and Strategy from Washington University in St. Louis.
