Bruce Howell has extensive experience in accessibility and advocacy for individuals with disabilities, particularly in digital environments. Currently serving on the Board of Directors and as an Accessibility Services Manager at the Carroll Center for the Blind since March 2012, Bruce specializes in enhancing the accessibility of websites, mobile applications, and digital documents for users of assistive technologies. Bruce also coordinates the Carroll Society Awards, recognizing the achievements of blind individuals and supportive employers. Previously, Bruce contributed as an Employer Account Manager at the Greater Boston Employment Collaborative and held a role as Front Desk Reception at the Carroll Center for the Blind. Bruce holds a BA in English and Political Science from Colgate University.
