Nicole Drumheller

Nicole Drumheller (Reed) is a seasoned professional in program and project management with extensive experience in operations and communications, particularly within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Nicole has held multiple roles at the organization since March 2018. Previous positions include Senior Program Manager for Microsoft at Yesler, where responsibilities involved developing customer communication programs and delivering high-quality marketing strategies, along with various project management roles across Microsoft’s IT and marketing sectors. Earlier in their career, Nicole worked at Amazon as a Brand Specialist and began their professional journey with roles in marketing and content analysis. Nicole holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications & Public Relations from Carroll College.
