Marlene Titus

Marlene Titus is an accomplished academic and professional in the field of business and accounting, currently serving as an Assistant Professor and Program Director in the Business & Accounting Department at Carroll Community College since September 2004. In addition to teaching and managing the Miller Center for Small Business, Marlene Titus also functions as a Cyber Technology Navigator, focusing on student recruitment for cyber technology programs and facilitating connections with local employers for student internships and job placement. Prior to this role, Marlene Titus worked as a Trust Clerk for the Circuit Court for Carroll County Maryland, where responsibilities included monitoring guardianship files and auditing reports. Marlene Titus holds a JD from the University of Baltimore School of Law and a BA in Political Science from Loyola University Maryland, along with a certification in Organizational Leadership from Leadership Carroll.
