Rose Mince

Rose Mince serves as the President and Associate President at Carroll Community College since January 2024, following a tenure as Provost at the same institution. Rose holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Education and Human Development from the University of Maryland and a Master of Science (MS) in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
