Dave Boyer

Dave Boyer is a seasoned social services administrator with extensive experience in child and adult protective services. Since June 1996, Dave has served as the Executive Director at both ODJFS and Muskingum County Adult and Child Protective Services, where responsibilities include supervising agency operations and protecting vulnerable populations from abuse and neglect. Prior experience includes a supervisory role at Pike County Children Services from January 1981 to April 1983 and a position as Associate Director of Residence Life at Wittenberg University, where Dave contributed to community relations and athlete coaching. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Education from the University of Dayton and a Bachelor of Arts in Education and Sociology from Baldwin Wallace University.
