Rachel Davidson

Rachel Davidson has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Rachel started their career in 2005 as an Early Intervention Specialist at Head Start of Shawnee Mission, Inc., where they later became a Lead Teacher. In this role, they coached and mentored teacher assistants, developed lesson plans, and provided classroom-specific orientation. Rachel then joined United Inner City Service in 2014 as the Deputy Director of Education and Programs until 2017. Currently, they serve as the Chief Communications Officer at Carroll County Memorial Hospital.

Rachel Davidson attended William Jewell College from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Political Science. Following this, they enrolled at Metropolitan Community College-Penn Valley from 2006 to 2008 to pursue an Extended Study Work program in Child Growth and Development.
