CARROLL COUNTY PUBLIC SCHOOLS
Vicky Grant has been working in the field of special education since 1996, with experience as a Special Education Resource Teacher at Carroll County Public Schools, Special Education Department Chair at Century High School, and a Special Education Teacher at Woodlawn Middle School. Grant has a Master of Science in Educational/Instructional Technology from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Ed/Social Studies from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
