Tim Martin

Tim Martin has extensive experience in the electric utility industry. Tim began their career at Carroll Electric Membership Corporation in 1999, where they served as the Chief Operating Officer for over 11 years. Martin then moved to Rappahannock Electric Cooperative in 2011, taking on the role of Vice President, Engineering and Operations. After four years, they returned to Carroll Electric in 2015 as President and CEO, a position they currently hold. Throughout their career, Martin has demonstrated their expertise in leadership and operations within the electric utility sector.

Tim Martin earned a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology between 1986 and 1992. Tim furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of West Georgia, studying from 2006 to 2008.
