Carroll Electric Membership Corporation is a Member-owned, not-for-profit, electric cooperative founded in 1936 and serves portions of Carroll, Haralson, Heard, Paulding, Polk, Troup and Floyd counties. Carroll EMC is governed by nine local directors, operated by a local Senior Management team, and serves roughly 54,000 meters.
