Ross Rotherham

Ross Rotherham has extensive work experience in the banking industry. Ross started their career as an Assistant Branch Supervisor at UNION BANK & TRUST COMPANY in April 2005. In 2006, they joined Fiserv as a Client Service Analyst. From 2007 to 2018, Ross worked at PULASKI BANK as a Senior Vice President in Commercial Lending. In 2016, they moved to BUSEY BANK, where they held the position of Senior Vice President in Commercial Lending until September 2018. Currently, Ross is the Senior Vice President Commercial Banking Officer at Carrollton Bank since October 2018.

Ross Rotherham completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 2002 to 2006. In 2012, they attended Dale Carnegie to obtain a certification in Skills for Success. From 2016 to 2017, they participated in the Busey Evolve Leadership Program, where they focused on leadership development through the LeaderShape field of study.
