Lacy Allen

Lacy Allen is an experienced Lead Business Analyst and Data Analyst at Carrollton Enterprise Services since March 2014. Prior to that, Lacy worked as a Senior Program Manager at the State of Louisiana's Office of Community Development from October 2008 to January 2014. Lacy also served as a Grant Processing Team Lead at Quadel Consulting Corporation from November 2006 to October 2008. Lacy has a BA in Psychology and International Studies from Hendrix College, completing their education in 2005.
